The challenge is that leaders are being called upon to focus on how to create culture in a virtual world. After reviewing my week, I’ve discovered nine areas of opportunity leaders should focus on to help strengthen their virtual culture. In order to do this, leaders are going to have to stretch their authenticity, transparency and connectivity.
